Knauf participated for the second time in the Economic Times Acetech exhibition in Bangalore, India from Friday 9th October to Sunday 11th October. Acetech is Asia’s largest Architecture and Construction exhibition and is held in key cities throughout the country of India, serving as a platform for new and established market players to exhibit themselves and interact with each other. Around 1,500 exhibitors participated over the weekend with Knauf’s very own Mr. Amer bin Ahmed participating in the inauguration ceremony which took place in front of our stand.
With prime positioning, an eye catching stand and a live show facility, the Knauf team, along with Aquapanel, Integral and Heradesign’s were on hand to answer any questions and queries from eager visitors. The Technical Training team conducted intermittent live shows, which proved extremely popular, drawing in high attendance as the crowds were educated on our systems and challenged in fun practical competitions that pitched individuals against each other in time trials screwing boards to profiles. These interactive shows no doubt enhanced the visitor experience and allowed potential consumers to experience what Knauf can offer from a visual perspective.
The event proved highly successful over the busy 3 days, with many prospective clienteles passing through and enquiring about Knauf systems and products. Through the Knauf team’s participation, we were awarded for Excellence and Extraordinary Innovation and also declared as the winner for Design Wall 2015 by the Founder and Chairman of Acetech itself. The successful Acetech event, with the mixture of our dedicated team and innovative products and systems, has no doubt help to bolster Knauf as we begin our entry into the Indian market.
